About Michelle

I spent 30 years in national nonprofits and both national and international advertising and marketing before heeding the call to share my spiritual path. Although operating at the highest levels of the corporate arena—creative director, executive director, owner—I knew there was something more. Behind the scenes, I was immersing myself in indigenous teachings and sitting with lineage holders. This path led me to the truth of my gifts and my soul’s calling as a trusted and fierce ally on the path to awakening. Today, I am passionate about supporting my clients on their quests toward joy and liberation so that they, too, may experience their full creative and relational potential and embrace their sovereign selves. 

My learning spans academic studies, certifications, mentorships, and intimate trainings at the feet of women and men who share the path of living and loving as embodied Spirit. I’ve spent 30 years under the generous gaze of Śrī Vidyā adept Maa Uma-Parvathi Natha; 15 years in the multidisciplinary practice and study of human transformation, including sacred plants, Jungian techniques, and somatic tools with Namae Ntumae; and 7 years of indigenous methodology and entheogenic apprenticeship with a Peruvian Shaman. I am a certified Hatha Yoga teacher, Jon Paul Crimi Breathwork facilitator, National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) teacher and support group leader, and Usui Reiki Level 2 practitioner. I also am in deep gratitude for the innumerable hours with teachers specializing in trauma recovery, body-based and creative modalities, sacred sexuality, and our unique connection to the cycles of nature and the archetypes of the Earth.

This work is a calling forged by lifelong learning, a deep remembering, and years of Dark Nights on the winding path into my own shadow and, ultimately, my own light. Beneath it all, lies a path of devotion—a reverence for the entirety of the human experience.
